The Relocation Readiness Program offers services for Newcomers Orientation, Overseas Briefings, Re-entry Briefs, Welcome Packets, and Lending Closet. Lending Closet: Just getting here or getting ready to leave? You can borrow basic household items for FREE for 30 days! All that is required is a copy of your orders and your Military ID. ARMY EMERGENCY RELIEF (AER) Army Emergency Relief (AER) is a private, non-profit organization established to assist Soldiers and their Family members in emer- gency financial situations due to no fault of their own. Financial assistance is given in the form of an interest-free loan, grant, or combination of the two. To apply for AER assistance, please call (580) 442-0641/2559/4916 to schedule an appointment. COMMUNITY VOLUNTEER CONFAB Join us in the Family & MWR Training Room at the Welcome Center (BLDG 4700, North Entrance) or virtually to discuss the current state of volunteerism and how it contributes to community cohesion.
