Jo-Ann Cape-Julien brings over 5 and a half years of dedicated service to Fort Sill Family & MWR, supporting Military families with unwavering commitment. With 27 years as a Military spouse, she understands the unique challenges faced by service members and their loved ones. From administration to ministry, Jo-Ann's passion lies in providing comprehensive support and highlighting areas for improvement in Family care. Married for 34 years with two children and four grandchildren, she brings a wealth of personal experience to her role. Originally from New York, Jo-Ann spent her formative years in Trinidad & Tobago before settling in Lawton, Oklahoma, where she's spent a total of 12 years on two different occasions. A fervent advocate for Family support and community networking, Jo-Ann is proud to be part of the DFMWR family, striving to be an invaluable asset to every Military member and their Family. JO-ANN CAPE-JULIEN Admin Support Specialist to the DFMWR Director AMANDA NEDBALEK Financial Managment Technician Welcome Amanda Nedbalek! Amanda brings 12 years of active participation in Family & MWR events. She's now eager to contrib- ute from the operations side to support Military Families and raise awareness of Army MWR programs. With a background in psychology and a successful career in retail sales and customer service, Amanda is excited to join an excep- tional team and to play a vital role in the organization she deeply cares about. Married to an active-duty service member, Amanda and her fami- ly, including two children and two beloved dogs, call Fort Sill home for the second time. Originally from Texas, Amanda enjoys hob- bies like softball, refurbishing furniture, and crafting personalized t-shirts and signs. Her passion for community engagement and dedication to Military Families make her a valuable addition to the Fort Sill Family & MWR team.
