Meet Miranda, the newest member of the Fort Sill Family & MWR team, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a passion for community building. Having previously served in management with the Air Force's Force Support Squadron (FSS) for nearly two years, Miranda's transition to Family & MWR marks an exciting new chapter in her career. Miranda embraces the challenge of managing a club environment, eager to bring her expertise in event planning, interior design, and graphic design to her new position. Originally from North Carolina, Miranda recently relocated to Fort Sill from Okinawa, Japan, with her two daughters and two cats, embarking on a fresh adventure in a new community. Outside of work, Miranda finds joy in nature, kayaking, reading, embarking on long road trips, fishing and horseback riding. With her dedication and enthusiasm, Miranda is poised to make a posi- tive impact within the Family & MWR community, fostering cama- raderie and enhancing the well-being of Military Families. MIRANDA DOYLE Patriot Club Facility Manager SHAWNA JENSEN Budget Analyst Say hello to Shawna Jensen, one of the newest members of the Fort Sill Family & MWR team. For the past five years, Shawna has immersed herself in volunteering, finding solace and purpose in the unwavering support of the community. Now, with three months under her belt with Family & MWR, Shawna's background in accounting infuses her work with precision and a keen eye for numbers. Shawna is most excited about the opportunity to re- main closely connected to the Military while learning new strate- gies to better serve her community. As a Military spouse herself, Shawna intimately understands the ebb and flow of Military life. Originally hailing from Norman, Okla- homa, Shawna finds solace and joy in the great outdoors, cherish- ing every moment spent with her Family, which includes her three children and a beloved grandson. But beyond her professional prowess and personal life, Shawna is guided by a simple yet profound philosophy: "I believe there is good in the world. Be the good." With Shawna on board, Fort Sill Family & MWR is not just gaining a talented employee but a beacon of positivity and goodwill for the entire community.
