Military CrossFit Affiliate and offers a
variety of functional fitness classes for all
levels. This 20,000 square foot facility
includes equipment such as: Jacob's
Ladder, Salmon Ladder Trainer, Rowers,
Assault Bikes, Plyo Boxes, and more.
