16 | SILL.ARMYMWR.COM CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTERS (CDC) Our Child Development Centers are ac- credited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) – the nation's leading organization of early child- hood professionals. Only 8 percent of all preschools and other early childhood pro- grams are accredited by the NAEYC. Patron fees are determined by the total Family income. For more specifics on how much that might be, please reach out to our Parent Central Services Office at: (580) 442-3927/4836/1098/3486 COOPER CDC 4125 Liberty Rd. • (580) 558-5734/5735 Monday - Friday: 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM Cooper Child Development Center (Cooper CDC) provides quality care such as full day infant/toddler, pre-school, before and after school Pre-K (Lawton Public Schools), and before and after Kindergarten. Cooper also provided small ratio groups sizes to address a child's individual needs and concerns. The staff at Cooper are trained in the foun- dation of Early Childhood practice and the- ories to ensure that all the children receive the best and proper nurturing, respect, and social interaction skills. Training Specialists ensure the curriculum provided in the program meet the age-ap- propriate guideline of the NAEYC. Childcare fee are pro-rated on total Family income and the Department of Human Ser- vices Military Family subsidies are welcome. TINCHER CDC 4122 Liberty Rd. • (580) 442-2320/4784 Monday - Friday: 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM Tincher CDC offers full-day care for children 6 weeks to 6 years of age. The center offers trained staff, balanced meals, and age-ap- propriate developmental activities. Professionally trained staff, with strict adher- ence to health, safety and facility standards and the philosophy for creating a safe, nur- turing environment adds up to offering the finest child care available. Children can be involved in a variety of activities to include April's celebration of the Month of the Mil- itary Child. SCHOOL AGE CENTER 6599 Lucas Ave. • (580) 442-2844 Monday - Friday: 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM Fort Sill School Age Center is a nationally accredited program with Council on Accred- itation (COA) and maintains certification through the Department of Defense (DoD). The program is designed for children in first through fifth grade. Our trained staff plans a variety of fun and exciting activities, which include arts and crafts, sewing, cooking, computer technol- ogy, table games, and outdoor play. SAC also offers homework assistance and a full computer lab during the school year Mon- day through Friday during program hours. The School Age Center provides a before and after school program during the school year and a Summer Day Camp throughout summer. Childcare fees, established by the DoD fee policy, are based on Total Family Income (TFI).
