TRACEY FONTENOT Marketing Manager Tracey Fontenot brings over 35 years of rich experience in the marketing field, having worked across various industries, including corporations, non-profits, and government sectors at both state and federal levels. Her journey has taken her from Dyess Air Force Base in Texas to her current role at Fort Sill, marking her first experience on an Army post as a civilian. Tracey is passionate about the diverse and impactful nature of her work with Family & MWR, where she finds fulfillment in contributing to the resilience and morale of active-duty soldiers and their families. Originally from a military family, Tracey has lived in many places, but she calls Austin, Texas, home, where her family resides. Having recently moved to Lawton, Oklahoma, she is enjoying the adventure of exploring a new city despite the challenge of the heat. In her free time, Tracey enjoys a wide range of activities, including art, reading, hiking, and spending time with her two beloved Collies. Always eager to try new things, she's especially excited to test her skills on the climbing wall at Fires Fitness Center. Tracey looks forward to diving into the vibrant community at Fort Sill and tackling new challenges alongside her dynamic Marketing Team. CINDY SNOKE Child & Youth Services - Program Operations Specialist Cindy Snoke has been passionately dedicated to the Family & MWR mission for over 15 years, first discovering the organization while stationed in Stuttgart, Germany. Captivated by MWR's commitment to supporting the Army community, Cindy found a career that aligned with her values and provided the stability she needed as an Army spouse. Over the years, she has built a rewarding career in Early Childhood Development with Child and Youth Services (CYS), holding various roles, from Assistant Director to her current position as CYS Program Operations Specialist at Fort Sill. Cindy's dedication to MWR extends beyond her professional life, as she finds fulfillment in being part of a team that truly cares about its members and the broader community. Originally from Hot Springs, Arkansas, Cindy now calls Lawton, Oklahoma, home, where she and her husband, Jason, a dedicated soldier, have built a strong community. Outside of work, Cindy is deeply involved in her church's children's ministry, enjoys DIY proj- ects, crafting, and even teaches axe throwing. A die-hard football fan, she cheers on the Arkansas Razorbacks and Kansas City Chiefs with enthusiasm. Known as "the plant lady" at her workplace, Cindy's love for plants is evident both at home and in her cubicle, where she sur- rounds herself with greenery that brings her joy. Her life is a vibrant blend of faith, family, and a passion for making a difference.
