The Relocation Readiness Program offers services for Newcomers Orientation, Overseas Briefings, Re-entry Briefs, Welcome Packets, and Lending Closet. Lending Closet: Just getting here or getting ready to leave? You can borrow basic household items for FREE for 30 days! All that is required is a copy of your orders and your Military ID. ARMY EMERGENCY RELIEF (AER) Army Emergency Relief (AER) is a private, non-profit organization established to assist Soldiers and their Family members in emer- gency financial situations due to no fault of their own.
