3 LIBRARY RESOURCES Military & Government Collection Nye Library has ONLINE access to a Military & Government Collection with current and historical information from periodicals and academic journals. Check out the www.rememberww1.com website for book discussions, interviews, and movie reviews about WWI. Media Rooms & Study Rooms Bring in your own game system and play on a large screen, or watch TV and movies. Over 9000 movies to choose from! We also have X-box, Wii, PS games available for check-out. (18 years or older. Children may not be left unattended.) Paperback Swap Have paperbacks at home and need something new to read? We will gladly swap your paperbacks for ours. Please drop your swap books off at the circulation desk. Donations welcome! FREE: WiFi, Faxing, Scanning, Copying, CAC access, and Printing Copying and Printing Fees are: Black and White: $.10/page Color: $.25/page Looking Ahead Summer Reading Program: 31 May – 6 August; Need something to do over the summer? Want to keep those reading skills up? We've got a "Read By Design" Summer Reading Program for all ages! Ask for details at the front desk. Book Club: June 3rd, 3:30pm; Still Life by Louise Penny. Snacks provided! Father's Day Card Workshop: June 17th, 1-3pm; Make a special gift for him using our supplies! Nature Scavenger Hunt: 10 June – 30 July; Enjoy the outdoors and learning about nature by exploring LETRA, Nye Library, and other locations. Quest for answers and look for the next clue. Sign up at Nye Library or at the LETRA office. Book Club: July 8th, 3:30pm; The Worst Hard Time by Timothy Egan. Snacks provided! Book Club: August 5th, 3:30pm; The Tiger's Wife by Tea Obreht. Snacks provided! Puppet Show: August 11th, 11:30am; puppet show followed by stories, crafts, and a game. Toddler to preschool age children. Film Fans: August 26 & 27; 12:00pm & 2pm; Enjoy watching movies with a friend; feel free to order/bring food & drinks to have while viewing.
