Question: Two recent mornings, cars entering Key Gate were backed up to
I-44, creating a safety issue. Why wasn't the third lane open?
Typically only 2 of 3 lanes are open at Key Gate West. We were short of
Security Officers to assist due to an additional manning requirement at
another area on the 2 dates you referenced. An additional Guard Soldier and
MOBILISA were sent to reduce congestion and solved the issue.
